General Content Enquiries:
A) Why Do You Guys Have Censored / Raw Japanese Content? I Want Hardcore / English Material!
The censorship of some material (namely our CGs, some of our Doujinshi / Manga, and most of our Import Games) is due to Japanese Law. Some of our archives are imports that have come directly from Japan, and so they suffer from these applicable laws. However, do not let this deter you as we have a ton of uncensored material.

Using our powerful search engine, (generally found near the bottom of every page) you should be able to find whatever it is that you are looking for on our site. We've developed our search so that you can perform either broad queries (across the entire site), or very specific ones (in a particular section). If you perform a broad search, you will notice that the results are arranged in a very organized fashion according to each applicable section. We've also developed our search so that it produces results either based on a word in the title for a specific type of content, or on any of its various descriptors / tags. As time goes by and we compile a more detailed database (loaded with descriptor / theme tags), searching for incredibly specific types of content will be extremely efficient!
C) If I Find Corrupt Or Missing Files In Any Of Your Archives, Can You Replace/Fix Them ?
If you come across any links in any of our archives that are either not working or simply missing, please do not hesitate to contact us anytime! Before you contact us regarding these types of issues however, please make sure that the problem does in fact exist on our end and not yours. For example, if you have been able to download one of the WinRAR files made available in our games area, and upon attempting to extract the contents of the file you receive an "unexpected end of archive" error, this does not necessarily mean that the file is corrupt on our end. A premature download, a corrupt download (due to a bad harddrive), or a number of other factors (i.e. an outdated version of WinRAR installed on your computer) could lead to this sort of problem. If you experience problems of this nature, we always suggest that you use a download manager like GetRight for our larger files, as it helps ensure their complete deliverability to your computer. If the problem continues to persist after you attempt to use a download manager, please email support and we will take care of the issue as soon as possible.
D) Are There Any Other Software That You Recommend For Use With Your Site?
We've compiled frequently updated lists of our media codecs and players, as well as the various tools we feel may enhance your user experience with our site, and the multitude of content we offer. These lists may feature software that are not necessarily essential to have, but may be recommended by us in certain cases. Movie Archive Enquiries:
A) I'm Having Trouble Viewing Your Movies / Clips
For your convenience, we've taken the liberty of preparing very thorough support guides on how to get all of the movies / clips on our website working correctly. The guides also provide various links to video tutorials which outline some of the more "complex" steps (like flipping between languages on our dual language files), as well as providing some of the basics necessary to understand how our movies work.
A brief rundown of the requirements for successful movie playback is the following:

- You must have one of our codec packs installed (we recommend the K-Lite Codec Pack)
- You must use the included Media Player Classic that comes with the codec pack
- You must download our movies directly to your hardrive before attempting to play them

We strongly recommend that you take a few moments to give our movie / clip support guides a read. Simply choose the one that applies to the section(s) you wish to download from. Also, please feel free to watch the included video tutorials so that you familiarize yourself with both the basic aspects and the steps necessary to ensure successful movie playback and deliverability.

Please Note: In the future we are going to be looking into providing an alternative streaming service for our movie deliverability (which would allow films to play automatically without needing to be downloaded first), but at the moment all of our films are direct download. Meaning you must right click the movie download links and choose "save target as" (IE), or "save links as" (FF), and then download the movie files completely to your hardrive before attempting to play them. Failure to do so will cause our films to not play correctly.

Similarly to our movie guides, we've also taken the liberty of preparing very thorough support guides on how to properly prepare your system for import game installation. Our game guides also provide links to video tutorials which outline some of the more "complex" steps (like installing Japanese Language Support, Mounting Game Disks using disk emulation software), as well as providing some of the basics necessary to understand how our import games work.
A brief rundown of the requirements for successful import game installation is the following:

- You must have Japanese Language Support installed (we offer various installation methods)
- You must have WinRAR installed (necessary for game disk file extraction)
- You must have a virtual disk emulator installed (we recommend Daemon Tools)
- You must download our game files directly to your hardrive before attempting to run them
- You must understand that most of our Import Games are both Censored and Raw Japanese

We strongly recommend that you take a few moments to give our game support guides a read. Simply choose the one that applies to the section(s) you wish to download from. Also, please feel free to watch the included video tutorials so that you familiarize yourself with both the basic aspects and the steps necessary to help increase your chances of performing successful game installations.

Please Note: Before attempting to download and install any of the files in our import game area, it is very important that you understand our games sections are solely offered to our members as a free bonus to their subscription, and as a result we do not provide support for ensuring game playback compatibility. Some of these games have very specific hardware requirements, and will not install / run correctly on computers that are composed of obsolete, or incompatible hardware. A) I Can't View Your Website Properly. What Browsers / Resolution Do I Need To View This Website Correctly?
Our site system has been developed so that user's with resolutions as low as 1024x768 can view most of our pages quite comfortably. Our site layouts are quite flexible, and making adjustments to things like thumbnail size, etc will of have an effect on how much you will be able to fit on your screen. Generally we suggest that users with a display resolution close to 1600x1200 use our larger thumbnail sizes, and those with smaller resolutions stick to smaller thumb sizes. We've developed our systems to have full functional and display compatibility with both Internet Explorer and Mozilla FireFox. We do strongly recommend that you have the latest version of either browser installed to ensure maximum compatibility.
